Refund policy

Goods may be returned within 14 days from the date on which the last product covered by the order was received.

Goods may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt. The product being exchanged must be unused, undamaged and free from signs of use.

A return or exchange is possible upon presentation of a receipt or other proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or payment confirmation.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The customer may inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product in the same way as they could in a physical store. The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

The rules for voluntary exchanges do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights relating to goods that do not conform to the contract.
